Release note - Ochno Management Console

5.6.0 (November 20, 2025)

  • New: Support for new settings (see product release notes for more information).

    • Set USB-C Port Role for laptop ports.

    • Select power balancing mode for OPC4.

    • Turn off USB3 on USB-C passthrough-ports.

    • Turn off USB passthrough when system is not used.

  • Improved: Information messages when actions to Ochno Operated fail.

  • Improved: Language for settings and informational messages.

  • Changed: Communication settings panel has split into two panels: Video settings and USB settings.

 

5.5.5 (September 3, 2025)

  • Support Ochno Power Hub 4.

  • New: Support for new settings (see product release notes for more information).

    • Lock active port when it is in use.

    • Disable button when port is not connected.

    • Turn off USB passthrough ports when they are not being used.

  • New: Progress bar when internal components are updating. Requires signing in to Ochno Operated.

    • Internal updates may automatically update after a completed firmware update of an OPC4.

  • New: Discovery view updated design.

  • Improved: User session stability.

  • Improved: Device setup communication.

  • Improved: Admin login process, since it can now also be set through Ochno Operated.

  • Fixed: Wifi scan now selects best signal if same SSID is found multiple times.

    • This does not impact the actual device’s network connection.

 

5.4.0 (February 21, 2025)

  • Support new and improved sign in process to Ochno Operated.
    The new flow will open a web browser where the user will input their credentials.
    This is a great improvement for user security and it supports signing in to Ochno Managment Console using SSO.

  • Improved: System messages and port labeling.

Due to changes to Ochno Operated, versions before this release will experience limited sign-in periods and will often be logged out.
